I bought this ozone machine on Amazon and ran it probably 9 times.

Check local laws-I’m my state in Australia the landlord must provide facilities to dry clothing be that a cloths line or a dryer but they don’t need to provide a washing machine, seems weird but there it is.The catch 22 is that if you as the land lord provide it then you must maintain it- no good deed goes in punished after all.That said, you  can put terms in the lease that IF and additional appliance breaks you won’t replace it, as long as there is mutual agreement in the agreement at the onset. 

I did not try it on my own but felt like the return from those machines was likely not going to be high enough to justify the extra work involved.

My brothers and I bought an NFL Blitz arcade machine for our parents' lake house and use it every time we're up there.

The cost of one repair can be as much as the cost of the unit so putting the responsibility on the tenant to not overload the machines, to keep the lint filter clean, etc., and to pay for any maintenance makes it well worth doing.Hope this helps...

You hire an engineer, he coordinates the excavator if you don't have your own machine & the Board of health for the perk test.

For the amount of work I do, and I would suppose most non-contractor landlords do, I think the van is typically enough.The van you pictured is an amazing machine.
