I can't imagine this is a septic tank, but if it is and you are within 400 feet of a sewer line you will be required to connect when pulling a permit, pay sewer connection fees, then demo the existing tank and leech field.

I project that the ARV is conservatively $175,000 tt is an extremely extensive rehab as I stated earlier I have to touch (demo) just about everything on and in the house.
