I print out a calendar each month on my computer. 

The Apartment Association sounds interesting but I didn't see anything on the calendar up here. 

As such I need to serve legal notice to quit to my tenants in that unit for 2 full calendar months, as advised by my attorney.  

The 45 and 180 calendar day deadlines are the same.

I know this a common topic of discussion, but thought I'd ask another question as it relates to rehabs (we GC our own rehabs).I know you need to send a 1099 to any "independent" contractor to which you pay $600 or more in a calendar year.Where is gets fuzzy and where I've received varying opinions is if you pay a corporation, LLC, etc.

The best solution I have found, is also the most simple, Google contacts, calendar, drive, and task list (that works with the calendar app).It is in the cloud and accessible across multiple platforms.

I'm going to look for meeting places, and then set up a meetup calendar. 

But be careful to pay very close attention to the calendar.
