credit  criminal and make sure there is something hidden .. you would be shocked at what is in peoples closets... it does amuse me that people put tenants through the ringer but wont' ask for this simple stuff for people they are going to lend a bunch of cash to.

Had this issue with a drain in a utility closet where the water heater was stored -- it hadn't been drained as a part of routine maintenance.

Matt R. in my trip last week to Chicago I viewed rehabs and they had portable propane heaters  big ones  turned on in the units to allow them to work and paint etc.to secure homes use this system  DAWGS   its sad one needs to spend 2 to 3k to secure the home but if you don't its all stolen
