Because the rental market there is so tight and my apartment was a second floor closet with no elevator I bailed and landed in Missoula.

credit  criminal and make sure there is something hidden .. you would be shocked at what is in peoples closets... it does amuse me that people put tenants through the ringer but wont' ask for this simple stuff for people they are going to lend a bunch of cash to.  

The trim was beat, the cabinets were scratched and dinged, the doors (closet and regular) were beat and tired...

(only 2 small closets left, yay!).

Not bad for an old closet eh?

Worst case, add a portable island cart to the center of the kitchen IF it doesn't crowd the space.Update your cabinets if they look old.  

What I like most is that each apartment has 2 BR each w/ their own bath and walk-in closet.

Had this issue with a drain in a utility closet where the water heater was stored -- it hadn't been drained as a part of routine maintenance.
