In my opinion, I think it is so effective in real estate because investing is such a “team based” sport and there is a limited amount you can do by yourself.

Understanding the REI is a team sport, I need to connect with like minded individuals so I’m contemplating joining REIA and other real estate investing meet-ups; any recommendations?

Even try making your budget a sport by seeing if you can get through the month after saving $100 first. 

Has any landlord here ever had to explain to a tenant that the "German Shepherd" he adopted at the shelter was actually a pit bull terrier?

Then we've got people further confusing everybody by bringing commercial construction practices into it for some reason, which is another horse of a different color and not really germane to the original conversation at all... but still interesting and hopefully we all learned something nonetheless.   

For sports, I love football and ping pong.

Do I need any special homeowners insurance to cover the tenant if anything happens to them with water sports or otherwise?

Bikes that sell as low as $100 to $500 as mass-market bikes (sold by such chains as Big 5 Sporting Goods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Walmart) have mostly sold out.

The idea is that once the kids are in the midst of after school activities, sports, etc, we'll be able to be there for all of it, and spend summers together as a family.
