You can tell from my earlier post I agree with his sentiment and I would give his view extra credence because he knows the property (versus I only knew the numbers).I suggest if you can still get out of the deal without super harsh consequences that you consider doing so.

In a multi, I would think there would be even more drama of the tenants not getting along with each other.On the west coast CAP 10 is more common.
