I do have one strategy I wanted to share...When we have 2 or more ads running on CL, we "stagger" them so that one is always being renewed .... so if we have 3 we'll renew one of Monday, then renew each as they come up so we always have one "floating" to the top..

I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you want to partner up, you need to float the whole construction cost plus financing/misc costs on a 500k project.

Be realistic, but don't be paralyzed , be willing to learn and to UNlearn. read a lot of books about the subject that interest you most - flipping, wholesaling, birddogging, managing, buying/selling paper , auction or whatever floats your boat.
