@Joshua Dorkin  for us when we target a specific asset class etc.. we create custom lists.In the old days it was lots of work at the courthouse.. then lap tops were created this enabled us to really home our list down.. then we reverse directed them and we called the folks. if we could not call or knock on door we as a last resort sent something through the mail.
