Those operators who nickel and dime their customers, provide terrible service, and place greed above their customer's experience will lead many municipalities to begin enforcing rules and regulations. 

Didn't cost me a dime.

You don't want to have every dime in the rentals - if a larger expense comes up, you'll want to be able to handle it.

To me, late is late, and there is no need to nickel and dime them $10 a day. 

The character of your clientele and economics of that business model will demand a hard nosed nickel & dime disposition throughout.

@Steven Blanton   agree with Randy... this is totally reasonable ... your being extremely short sighted... not sure why we have this I want it all mentality NOW. after 5 deals your partners.. ever heard of apprenticeship... and working your way up.you pass on this and Earn nothing. and if you could get a HML you would do it.. so here you sit make a post like this and look for others to jump on your band wagon.. someone =with no money and is just going to find the deal and do the work is DIME a dozen franklytake the deal get in the game quit worrying about it.  

Possible solution:  We buy the property, rehab the house, the get the inspection on our own dime...

Don't nickle and dime the Contractor but by no means don't get taken advantage of.

Never cater to tenants requests or you will be nickel and dimed out of business.

She is responsible, diligent, and not living on the parents dime a bit or maybe not at all.
