What's a body to do?

All that said, if any of you are looking for an ambitious, charismatic, energetic and able-bodied individual to help with *almost* anything in the real-estate world, please DM me.

I do not believe that some silly piece of paper is some how going to immunize me from carelessness.

Get a carfax and take it to a AAA auto body place and have them do their 100+ point inspection to find out if they are hiding any issues and what costs may arise with the car. 

However, now that I'm in the market I'm not immune to adjusting my strategy for opportunities in that geographic market.  

So…. my strategy was to bid up to 25K (because no-body will be looking to buy in “Podunk” where I live), use the balance of my cash for repairs (NO MY POCKETS AREN’T DEEP) and hope and pray there was nothing nasty or structural going on.

Then, I read the thread about the bloody body and eyeballs at an apartment building.  

I am not being cynical but the fact is negotiation is about your active vocabulary, body language, Oral communication skills, etc. which are acquired skills.

The saying goes, if your mind can conceive it, then the body can achieve it.If anyone has any questions about anything, please reach out to me.
