It just is such an absurd difference in value.

As anybody involved in the markets knows, that approach to valuing bank debt for an investor would be palpably absurd.

It is creating a false insurance market by legislating people into purchasing health insurance who are to high of an insurance risk.

In addition, any person who knowingly and willfully obtains a consumer report under false pretenses may face criminal prosecution....

It is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!

The other mistake (often intentional) is that they provide false numbers (higher exit values and lower rehab costs) when the real truth is the exit value is actually lower and the rehab costs are actually higher.

Obviously if they leave and never come back and then go tell others in general conversation and rent elsewhere then that is their opinion.However when they come back to your new renters and start saying false or misrepresented statements that affect your business that is a whole other ball game.This can be really bad if you own an apartment building.You want to nip this in the bud right away.

From single properties out of state can often be a false economy unless you are partnering with someone or you have an excellent manager who is on top of your site.Historically then the last property crash came the one buoyant area in the market was with the multi family and premium / luxury market.

If so, I'd double check that's legal and if it isn't then refund all the money, pay them the $100 for wasting their cab ride, and apologize for your poor communication (doesn't matter if true or false).
