The body should have the following sections CLEARLY distinguishable from each other and the rest of the website.1) A good reason why they should read the body (unarguable logic does the trick for me)2) A good “how it works" recap (don't go elaborate here).3) Expectations (what can they expect if they choose you?).

For example, if your address is NEAR but not ON a body of water you need to make sure you’re not using waterfront comps.

I did little bit of research and found Lake Tahoe to be a good candidate however I also found that there are lot of new regulations being implemented by local bodies.

Now I know you must use your imagination, but think of it; no body in absolute power, no need for greed as you're not looking for profit to get a lavish car because you are already, from the day you are born, generally much more happy then a capitalist.Why would you be happy?

Costs add up quick.However from my experience structural and foundation systems are a different animal in this regard and I don't think it's reasonable or defensible for a regulatory jurisdiction to take this stance. 

These are the people who will most likely help you get your first hosting deal.Be sure to continue learning and develop the value you offer (learning the pitfalls, understanding regulatory compliance, improving guest experience, optimizing listing performance and so on) so that you keep the hosting clients that you find.

@Don Konipol I liked your response but banks don't really jump behind STR rentals because of the regulatory uncertainty, to my knowledge.
