Its not there and it won't be for a while, but when people like Lear and Tweddle start opening up Detroit Offices for their Technology Divisions.  

Part of me feels like a bathtub is an old technology and since it wouldn't get used much that I should just do away with it!

Do you have the person handle the front end activities (advertising the properties, showings, leasing, customer service, dispatching) as well as back office (collections, bookkeeping, technology/CRM)?
