I know they are doing that in B ham.. did not know CA....but my B ham guys have  to go to the court house to bid..I assume the same in CA... its just auction using their star power to get the word out.this will increase competition NO doubt big time.. boy I yearn for the good ole days.

Watch out for the interest only loans starting to pop up on MF Financing and DCR star to loosen.The economy is not that great that is why interest rates are not going up in the as fast as the fed would like there is a reason.  

They are one of very few companies with 5 stars on Glassdoor and Indeed, they won best place to work for 2018, and had 171% growth from 2401 agents in 2016 to 6500 agents in 2017.

If you have any tenants that are stars, reward them (based on something objective like number of months rent is paid on time) with a promotion.

Or, perhaps register your native state LLC as a foreign entity in each of the other stars — its foreign because a LLC is formed/registers by State and across the USI haven’t done this.

If I were to follow my next shiny star it would be senior housing, I think the opportunity is available almost anywhere and as the population ages it will be a very good commodity for the next 15-20 years.

All of them have nothing but raving 5 star reviews but that boils down to great management. 

This is all great talk and so forth but in reality and in execution this is HIGHLY risky and fraught with danger.. but here we go again a BP podcast and a bunch of folks who have no experience at this thinking they too can build a rock star team only to find out when they lose their butts that this is an advanced strategy for very experienced and well cashed up investors.to do this and make it sound like anyone can build a rock star team there are a lot of folks that are going to jump in based on those pod casts and books.. and the next thing you will see is:Help I hired this contractor in another state and he ran off with my money .. or the work wont pass inspection .. or my rock star realtor lied to me etc etc.All I can say is in theory yes..
