One of you could loose your job, go through a divorce, get addicted to drugs or gambling, or get in a debilitating accident.

If you don’t have at least $10K to gamble, get out there and do the work yourself, and maybe bring on this fully automated team once you’ve made good money and you just want to add a little to your already successful business.

There are historic parts of these areas with authentic culture and people and then there are pockets that you want to avoid.   

If you however are taking a big chunk of your money down in hopes you hit it big that is gambling and I saw many lose their shirts before.A lot of these projects being talked about no all come to completion.

Sometimes a hand-written postcard that looks authentic followed by a letter, or stationery over the course of 3-4 weeks is a great way to catch their attention. 

It is a gamble!

It is just too much of a gamble.

But it's okay, because if his gambling winnings aren't sufficient to pay the rent his family will give him money. 

I fully admit that in retrospect - it was a huge gamble.
