If you are suggesting you borrow the money without any security instrument for your colleague lender and not let the primary lender (the bank) know what you are doing (e.g. concealing the $50K borrowed and signing your borrower's affidavit anyway), then I take back the first sentence of my first post.

What instruments are available or recommended?  

Of course not caught a fish but was the best trip because i was knowing theirs desires and the captain went them to the beach of Super Paradise where  i booked a table  in one of the best restaurant beach bar.The other case where my client asked what  to suggest him to make a romantic dinner in the villa , so I arranged a gourmet meal with chef, small candles floating in the pool and saxophone player playing  jazz music .

BP has also been instrumental to my success as well.I have a lot of catching up to do with you and with @Jay Hinrichs (yes, he is very smart investor - I have the honor of meeting him in person and he knows his stuff)My $1M in 12 month goal through JV with BP members have kept me really busy these past 16 weeks.
