We include it in the house but we could offer it as an add-on.Truth is you could lease a lot of different add-on's: BBQ, pool table, TV's, etc.Has anybody had any luck with this approach?

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.
