OP is asking the wrong question.

If you are patient, you will find properties that work.But in the end, there is no right or wrong way to invest in real estate.

Buy the wrong property, and that property + the interest only payment on the HELOC will mean you're going backwards, not forwards.

That can skew the numbers the wrong way.

She acknowledged her "mistake" in getting the address correct but blamed "scrolling" as the reason she was wrong 🙄.  

This "analysis paralysis" can prevent them from acting on opportunities out of fear of making the wrong decision.I’ve experienced this journey myself.

I feel it's a start of getting them recognized for the wrong they are doing to others and taking their money.
