I believe the bailout of Fannie/Freddie and their ignorant guidance/policies on loan seasoning actually help to provide knowledgeable and resourceful investors even more opportunities.Fannie/Freddie are licking their wounds and overreacting in response to previous lost battles.

Though Bush was able to get Dems and Rep. to come to terms and work together at the state level, at the Federal, the Dems will always view him as the enemy and the Rep. felt he was a traitor by giving an inch to satisfy them. therefore, he wound up the enemy of both sides.

I don't do stress and late rent causes me stress.If they haven't paid the rent, they don't need a 30 day notice, they need a 3-day or whatever is required in your state. 30-day notices are used for non-payment related issues.This is a SELF-INFLICTED WOUND.
