What would be the wise thing to do ?

Excited to start meeting new people and surrounding myself with wise counsel.

Do literally everything the way you would normally do it due diligence-wise. 

It wouldn't hurt if you wanted to do that now as they could provide good information as you move forward and make decisions.Benefits: building a relationship, shopping firms to get the best fit, knowledge regarding big financial decision before they occur, knowing if  you're making any major mistakes, determining if your plans will actually help you tax wise SummaryIt might be too early but only something good can come out of a meeting with a knowledgable tax professional earlier rather than later.

I live in WA state and bought my first 4 properties in Ohio.Word to the wise, it can look good on paper but the old saying "you get what you pay for" holds very true in a lot of those markets.

Since I presume you don't have a PPP, it's likely a good option to refi as soon as the deal makes sense number wise, potentially in the high 5's.

Talking with them now about the enterprise plan, and it seems promising price wise.
