Road entrances, parking ratio, traffic flow should have been one of the first steps prior to finalizing anything on the project. 

She is looking to move to Florida, and can't sell this home due to:1) She wants top dollar2) The home sits next to a transfer pump station (eyesore)3) It sits on a main road (traffic, noise)4) The community pool is behind the home and visible from the deckThe home is in immaculate condition.

Hi David, we get the most activity and traffic from Zillow. 

I literally just joined their investing club a few days ago, joined one of their club meetings via web call...

It's just normal wear and tear on any house as they are high traffic areas.

If you're already uploading to Zillow, Apartments.com, and Craigslist, I think that's where you will see the most traffic and those are also the least expensive options.

Located in eastern Iowa it isn't a high traffic area.

It's very expensive, has horrible traffic on restrictive roads due to the geography, but is very beautiful, not much snow, milder temperature swings, great hiking and outdoor activities such as 4x4 or hot air balloon tours - very touristy.  

We focus on year round areas that have high traffic for pleasure and business.
