And natural wood interior walls for that cabin feel.. can you post a link to what you recommend a  cabin should look like I am just curious . 

By the way, from what I read in the Wall Street Journal, there’s a growing number of niche investors cropping up who love grabbing assignments that fly under the mainstream radar, especially if you’re bringing something fresh to the table like a distressed duplex they can reposition, or a small portfolio of row homes they can turn into long-term rentals.

Just look back on what the expectations/forecasts were of interest rates at the end of 2023, nobody (even wall street) seemed to be listening to Powell's meetings and were overly optimistic.

I think thinking about some of your hang ups and potential obstacles will help you to resolve it.
