I'm sure Brandon has stats of viewers versus posters, but that info may not be for public release.I do agree that there is a lot of turnover, and there are people who fade away. 

Including the fact that some entire housing developments were made just for people who couldnt afford them.Do you ever look at airial photography and plot viewers and think to yourself "man, that guy subdivides like a jack###"?

If you are planning to show the home try to bake some cookies just before the viewers arrive.   

That way a viewer can see that a post has a high negative score and not follow any (likely bad) advice contained therein.

If you are look for viewers for local then you are better off.My suggestion is do not waste your money on SEO firms.

Have you located the property on a plat map or county tax parcel viewer?

For residential videos I am finding that the personal touch - where we are speaking directly to the viewer, even using their name and family name for example, makes a huge difference in terms of engagement.

References need to be added to make the viewers to get verified the information provided.

Google your [county name] Parcel Viewer or the equivalent of that in your area.

In my area they only give me what I can pull for free on the property viewer website.
