In any case I think the cousin thing is something you can look into if you have any unrelated individual legislation in your area.

I never was approached by a non-US Citizen before and I am uncertain of how to approach the situation.

By the way RR, I have done legal research for more than a dozen law firms as a consultant, have done research for environmental non-profits across the United States, and advise 35 countries on legislation.

I have a 5 unit house here thats property value to investors increased simply because it is not affected by this legislation.

I have been consulting people and governments for years on financial matters and legislation.

It's probably a lot cheaper for you to help the property manger to keep the place bug free and clean for a few more months than it is to have a court battle with an uncertain outcome.

I was active in getting the word out to others to try to build the help necessary to keep it out of the proposed model legislation.

I am slightly uncertain of what to look out for as far as numbers and the property itself...any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

What you posted would violate NC legislative intent and statutory declaration.
