The guru is too busy.Guru teaching is generally all “hands off” video teaching.

They won’t teach you the above.  

I have a network and will be having those conversations but what the books don’t teach, and what I haven’t found here are specific terms. 

I use turbo tenant on my rental because I like the buffet style business model. 

If looking to only do it for yourself no need to pay out big splits or have desk fees, instead there are a few flat fee per a transaction with no monthly fee style brokerages.
