@Ben Leybovich I think the inflection is lost typing on a tablet.

Excuse my tablet typos, this thing has predictive text based on typos in the first place. 

Also, much can be accomplished on a smart phone or tablet remotely, its not all showing houses all the time.

I also agree that the basic "blocking and tackling" such as good flooring, and clean and crisp looking walls are important, but now that the cost of these features plus smart phones to control the features have decreased since they all were introduced, I think it might be an interesting way to make your units more attractive, especially to the millennial generation or the next generation of kids soon to be renters (many of whom have not experienced a world without a tablet or smartphone). 

Home depot has tablets to put in the pan but you can pour bleach water through the tube to clean algae/muck out.

For example, it doesn't work on my galaxy tablet.

There were no stipulations about us giving you a chain saw, garden plot, trimmer, filters, septic system tablets, plants.

if you see earlier posts, you'll see it was a typo (autocorrect thanks to "smartphone").that said... the time hut can also be where you read the paper or ipad/tablet while taking care of business...
