Seems like house hacking would be a little too stressful even if I found a place with an ADU already ready to go. 

This would give you up to 180 days to sell your relinquished properties and not have to stress the identification time frames.

In Upstate NY it takes 3 - 4 months to get someone evicted and it's a stressful situation to begin with.

Estimates are great, but I will often do multiple estimates of the same thing to stress-test the deal.

Do they do the full 4506-T to get transcripts of your taxes?
