It's how you document, and not how you "think" the system works that gets you what you want.

Part of that is team, part is systems that create efficiency, and part is advances in technology that allow me to do things I could only dream of 30 years ago.

I would just stick to your systems and processes and if the fits not there so be it.

You will get more for the property versus selling it to a private party or wholesaler.

Just because we did it so quick shouldn't diminish the value, hard work and systems required to produce the result for you.
