Two, (not mutually exclusive) approach’s.  

That may not be the best strategy given the cost of getting an MTR set up, so here is another approach.

There is risk with this approach that the tenant can have short residence or leave in Nov to January.  

I took that approach with everything I rebuilt at my property in FMB and there is a peace of mind from knowing exactly how to handle the next hurricane.

For average investors without large amounts of capital to deploy this is a common approach to growing a portfolio.

Sounds like I am going to have to do some further research on how to investigate past evictions since it seems there's no catch-all approach.
