The suspense is killing me!

Remember in school when we were told "make your theme specific" - - Market Analysis needs to be specific too, otherwise generalities are not very useful.Things that may be useful in REI include Market Analysis of ___local job growthlocal demographicslocal crime ratesSFR sales, inventory, prices and days on the marketMFU sales, inventory, prices and days on the marketlocal portfolio lendersaccess to shopping

I wish I had found someone like me (the me with my current knowledge) to guide me along but I either didn't think to do so, didn't know anyone, or was too strong willed (read prideful) to ask for guidance.

When I inquired about the loan (because of the books I read), the theme of the conversation from him seemed to be "trust me I've looked for the best option for you.I had a separate conversation with another private Realtor who owns his own company.

I can't say that I have advice for you from any place of experience because I'm just starting in real estate as well but sacrifice and patience seem to be a common theme amongst those who have been successful.

My reasoning: Larger Body Types = More wear and tear on the property.It looks like this has already been discussed, without resolution,  on bigger pockets: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/187...The overriding theme seems to be to not discriminate based on size.

If you're looking into vacation homes, I would suggest the Davenport and Celebration areas that surround the theme parks.
