Lesson learned: slow follow-ups and poor lead management can be expensive.I knew I had to change how I handled leads, so I started automating follow-ups—and the difference was huge.

I am learning a lot about real estate and want to purchase a rental property in my area.

The challenge for a PMC is having the time to answer all your HUNDREDS of questions and handholding you as you learn, while still making money.
