My days became a constant cycle of worry,  IEP meetings, doctor and therapy appointments for my son, loneliness and financial strain due to our income suddenly cut in half. 

Certain investors are tightening up their wallets right now and not moving on deals.     

@ Cody Weiss I am not quite sure to be honest,  that is why I wanted to ask the question and see what the more experienced think :) In my mind, if we're out of nafta, this will put a strain on the auto industry in the region more than anything else, resulting in job cuts -> less ppl that can afford to rent in the city.

In this case  there's this dynamic of a strained family relationship where these individuals don't and will not speak to each other.

Time is money and if one partner is always on the phone getting bids, rent collecting, etc and the other is completely passive it will put a strain on the partnership.

My maintenance guy noticed the w/d hookup and tightened the connections.

Gotta be careful doing AirBnb and STR's down here with all the restrictions and regulations.I know people doing them successfully in Broward but it's very tough in Dade and Palm Beach.My guess would be that Broward is next on the list to tighten things up so just be prepared in case.

What if the toilet isn’t tightened enough... you’ll know when stains and mold start growing on the ceiling below.

There are definitely opportunities in the area but just have to work a little harder for them, the market here is tightening much like everywhere else I imagine.

@Cameron Riley Of course you should rent to families but you could tighten up your screening questions for everyone.
