Anyone have a lender/loan officer who has products in that vein and is able to underwrite properties in North Carolina?  

I have had issues with alarms that were spider webs or dust but I have also had alarms just go for no specific reason and we replaced them with new units and the new units did not alarm.

After that, they are responsible for ordinary pest control, which would include flies, ants, spiders, etc.

She notified me a while back, letting me know that spider eggs were under the refrigerator and that I needed them removed.

The unit on the ground level has a problem with spiders.

You might as well say that Spider-Man swings in and knocks me over so you can make your payment first.

Vacant properties attract bugs/spiders/etc, so I normally don't demand that the tenant has the responsibility of spraying the property.
