I am not opposed to the idea but definitely need to get more educated on the details such as where exactly, is it too crowded of a space, how to be competitive, maintenance requirements for a beach rental, etc.

I’ve met several investors in the area and I’m always interested in expanding my network and talking with others in the REI space.  

I remember a buddy who once represented a client in the Santa Cruz Mountains.. this client turned an old barn into a shared art studio and invited local artists to rent the space, which ended up boosting inccome in ways they never imagined.The Redwood market can be tricky because of environmental restrictions, zoning quirks, and limited inventory.

Tried other things but can't make anything better since it gives me space, allows me to prioritize and delegate, and is practically free.

I don't know anything about that space, but it sounds like a helluva grind and time-intensive venture.

You can simply use a free or occasionally paid coworking space when a meeting room is needed.To quickly zoom in on needing a meeting room: a thing to have in mind is that meetings here in Spain a lot of times are done during lunch with a decent priced menu of the day (the Spaniards immediately know what I mean).

I feel like it's a space where great operators can really clean up, since the bar is set really low, in my experience at least.

The permitting department is catching up on responses and we apologize for the delay - it was as if everyone was looking for updates at the same time at the new year mark and follow up questions as well.

You can get around that issue if you have a dedicated home office space that is used for the operation of your rental business.
