Educted, knowledgable investors use terms correctly, slip shod slang, abbreviations and short cuts or using irrelevant finacial terms to those established in real estate are not cool when speaking of legal issues.Actually, while you can have an opinion, in my years of experience in dealing in these kinds of issues, there are other aspects to "calling a note" than the simplistic concerns mentioned here.
