That's too simple of a view. 

It's not as simple as homes that were burned being rebuilt and original owners returning to them.

I'm going to take your comments about the communication to heart. 

As easy as this sounds, it's not simple and usually like pulling teeth.

Somehow, I had it in my head that I didn't want to do a cost seg, I like to keep things simple and cost seg seemed not worth it, so I have been investing for over a decade before we did the first.

You will often see this with their scheduling, communication, and even finances (asking to be paid ahead of schedule).

And what's really crazy are the number of people vigorously defending this nonsense, clueless as to even the basics of finance, mathematics, or even simple arithmetic.
