Ask how they communicate and if they have access to pocket deals + can actually analyse deals, not just send you a link to the mls and wait for you to sift through properties.

Besides my initial statements in the complaint, I was never asked to provide supporting evidence, which I said I have.Going forward, short of sifting through past months’ - years’ worth of - enforcement actions, I don’t see a way for a consumer to readily know that a given company/licensee has had a sustained complaint in TN, unless they got suspended.

I'm sure there is some legitimate research that goes into their publication, but sifting between that which might have value and the mountains and mountains of sales driven BS isn't worth the effort.If I had to distill my approach it would be to identify the highest quality companies (those with a proven durable competitive advantage - see Buffett for all that entails) and then buy heavily into them as opportunity presents itself.Examples of three recent obvious opportunities would include:Post 2008 (2010 to 2013) - bought heavily into high quality California real estate at about 35% of Pre crash values.

I have been doing my best to research a lot on my own to find out what sorts of regulations apply to my own situation, but a lot of the times, it's difficult to sift through the source material, which is all heavy legal jargon.Case in point:  Our property has a detached garage on the back of our lot, exiting onto the alley.
