@Kristian Forbes Short of doing another house hack or negotiating the purchase price down a fair amount, I think that's going to be a tough one to make the numbers work.

We want to get a few rentals up and running and then (if all works well) begin bringing other friends/investors in to invest with us.

Maybe get yourself a couple of SRFs to start, run them for a year or two and get some $$ profit AND (more importantly) experience.

Also, is there any process I can run through to warm the number up into not being flagged as spam before contacting leads on it?
