It was built in 2002, and I renovated the entire flooring by removing the original tile and putting Vinyl flooring in, there is no carpet within the house.

My property was originally purchased as my 1st home, so if I would live in the area myself, then I would recommend it to over investors.

We originally used them for our flips, but now we sometimes wholesale broker through them.
