It's in a Class A suburb (great schools, low crime) and has appreciated but I feel that property taxes are a big high relative to home value.

Also I was home alone during the kids school hours as I worked from home and my office was to the side of the kitchen.

It's like free REI school and it's gets easier once you do it.

We are near a major college campus and a large naval base as well as the best school system in the state so it is a highly sought after area.How would you go about doing this?

To determine the best pricing for farm rentals, consider factors such as location, proximity to schools, highways, and amenities.

Maybe I'm just old school but I'm not a fan. 

Once the kids are enrolled in the school district they tend to stay and are very stable.
