It is tough to live in a place with no working toilet or shower.When I did my kitchen I moved the microwave to the basement along with the necessary kitchen dishes since there is a deep sink down there.Clean up after every small job.

It is leaving storage items out throughout house for months, or leaving dirty dishes out.

Extra bowls, serving sets,  (tons of pictures at cheap prices), sometimes whole dish sets. 

We have pictures hanging in every room, towels on towel hangars, tp, soap dishes, silk flowers in the kitchen and bathrooms, plug in scents on super low, etc, etc, etc... 

Looking in the window it appears someone lives there - food on the counter, dishes in the sink, fully furnished - but nothing ever seems to move.

Riv county has now opened a satellite court in Temecula however it's about the same drive for you to downtown courthouse.

It is a small satellite location post office that is in a meat market.

It does need some cleanup and the owners don't want any of the furniture, dishes, TV's etc. left by the employees.

The officers walked through and said it seemed it was in good shape except the dish washer was missing?.? 

During the 1994 Northridge earthquake I started storing totaled MH's and derelicts at my construction yard then started dishing them off to ranchers and brokers from Mexico and was thereby required to obtain my manufactured home dealers license due to the volume of business I was conducting.I then used my dealers and contractor's licenses to purchase new MH's directly from manufacturers, installing them on lots/parcels and reselling or rent/leasing them.
