Funny enough I swore I responded to this thread.

Had our hosting dead for a full week because they outsourced hosting which went off for whatever reason and and he had to depend on them to respond to a ticket.

I had a conversation recently about debt in America and what came to light was how will the American people respond having a little more cash in their pocket.  

They haven't responded to my messages or calls in over 24 hours.

If you didn't, seems like a bad / inexperienced accountant to suggest such a thing.In my opinion, its the same as telling someone to go to a trade school and get a new career.A STR can help you lower your taxes but I would only do it if you were planning to purchase a STR.A STR is a business, you are responsible for furnishing the house, responding to guests, providing a great stay and experience, etc

Started moving forward with the Vendee lender who did respond to the email I sent through the website (see previous comment).  

Most quiet title actions are won by default judgement due to the lien holders failure to respond or disclaiming their interest after being served the notice.

I'm under the process of buying a house, not using a realtor.Contacted the seller through email and responds to me always.
