She sounds truly awful and does not accurately represent the people of the Bay area. 

All the other brokers/agents at the firm represented buyers or sellers, any type of commercial or investment property, leases, landlords, tenants, in other words anything that “walked in the door”.

So, if there was a credit card judgment against your borrower, you would contact the lawyer who represented the credit card company (their name is on the certificate of judgment in the real estate records) and pay the money over to that lawyer. 

Contact a Section 8 representative, preferably whoever your tenant's rep is if they have one.

There are opportunities west of Ocala in Dunnellon and Citrus County, where the area is growing pretty rapidly, that would probably represent better opportunity.
