If I understand the question correctly, you realized you made it to real estate - when you get  "the confidence" that you have the ability to deal with any real estate challenge (tied to the methodology you are working on such as - Flips, rental or wholesale, etc) ,though every challenge is unique and never encountered before.It's like any job that is not exactly repetitive but similar methodology, right ? 

It appears that the "real estate goals" section of my profile on the app repeated the same words twice (I definitely typed it once), yet on the website the same section appears fine.Can anyone please help with a way to edit this or is Bigger Pockets able to remedy this issue of repetition?

Direct mail is about repetition and branding.

It’s actually quite repetitive in that it relies a lot on the definitions of related concepts or just the terminology to define the concept that should be being explained.
