Direct mail is about repetition and branding.

I've yet to make a deal but the repetition is helping me.

There could also be damage to the floor joists from the repetitive wet and dry.

To my knowledge this is all done through email lists that can be very annoying and repetitive.

It’s actually quite repetitive in that it relies a lot on the definitions of related concepts or just the terminology to define the concept that should be being explained.

It (seems) much less likely to be full of upsells, mindset fluffing, and repetitive material found all over the web for free (I hope it doesn't turn out to be this).

So with that said, what are other menial and repetitive tasks that RE professionals needed help or that we can offer on the real estate field?
