Hello I am a 37 yr old father of 4 who is tired of the 7 to 4 rat race!

I think some of you are right even if the stories are false..The principles and philosophy of thinking makes so much sense, and I sat there half way through the book and suddenly realized how bad I am in the rat race!!

TV - Alot of people also watch ER, but you don't see everyone racing out to be a NURSE.

When, I refi the next property, I can then use that money to buy my next and so on...I think, if all goes well and, I stick to my guns, I could be rid of the JOB in about a year and get out of the rat-race in around 2-3.

I look at it as it's a chance for people to eventully get out of the rat race.

Santa Monica, CA.Beach view and 10 hour days...ah the life in the rat race in the most overblown real estate economy in the world...

I'm 27, have a mortgage on my current residence, but haven't made a purchase for investment yet and I work the rat race still, just like any other aspiring investor here.

So try to get to that point in the shortest amount of time where you're actually financially free from the rat race.

There are a lot of things I would like to do with my time, but until I get to a place where my personal income is not affected by my time input then I am still in this rat race.
