Hi, I am an interior designer who has been on HGTV and have staging packages starting at $500/month (minimum 2 months) that includes furnishing a master bedroom, livingroom, dining room, breakfast area, spare room, kitchen, and master bath.

Jaren took me out to breakfast and then (probably uncomfortable for him at first) let me tag along all afternoon as he drilled out locks and broke into all their recently purchased properties to do reports and take pictures.

At the end of the trip you end up with a t-shirt, a snack for breakfast, a full lunch, and a good amount of contacts to network with - that alone is worth the money. 

I also make sure I eat breakfast.

Hello KY BP Community,I'm considering purchasing a furnished bed and breakfast, and leasing the units (2) as apartments.

Not sure if all out there are familiar with this, but J Scott suggested a great idea for finding better than standard contractors by going to your local Home Depot at opening and talking to the contractors that are there bright and early.Based on my experience so far with contractors in middle Georgia I probably should've seen this coming, but now I'm getting breakfast because there wasn't a single one between HD and Lowes.
