This has allowed me to scale much quicker, in fact, since I started this about 8 years ago my available cash to invest has exponentially grown (think 10x) given the appreciating rents and equity that has occurred.

He likes doing them because not a ton of material or time spent making them so he gets his money quicker then a full kitchen.
