I hate it so much i wont drink water in pure form in protest.

I has gotten to a point to where protesting your property taxes will fall upon def ears when you stand before the appraisal board.

Agreed re: those who protest there's no real-life numbers after a follow-up, only projections.  

If you did the only thing you can protest is the amount of the fine. 10K seems a bit high for a lawyer to draft a letter.

The officials in my state fight tooth and nail to hold on to the tax revenue.As you mentioned, there is only a certain time of the year to protest. 

You should simply have filed a protest on each credit report and they would have come off. 

Hi Everyone,I am considering this property which is valued at 3.8 million by the local county in Dallas Tarrant county area.Current taxation for that is close to hundred thousand and the seller at this point is trying to protest the property tax.

Our tax protest firm failed to appear at our informal and formal hearings.

When they put the money in to fix things, they had to raise the rent and there were big protests from people living there and from a renter's union so it's obviously not just an easy answer since there is a minimum needed to keep a place up and running and no one wants to hear that.My opinion is that even marginal owners won't hardly be effected. 

I may need to find an attorney to protest the property taxes every year.
