Now technology has progressed (just like self driving cars), but getting to 80% is easy, getting things perfected to the last 10-20% takes forever (see blockchain which a decade ago was going to change real estate forever - how has that worked?).

Assign due dates to those steps and have a system or process in place for tracking your progress whether that be as simple as being written down in your notebook or as complex as having a project management software.

And while the Fed is trying to suck money out of the system, progress is slow, and when money supply grows faster than GDP the value of the currency has to adjust.
